How to cope with anxiety

When you are met with anxiety, put to use the following powerfully effective methods!

  1. Surrender to the existence of the feeling
    1. Say, “it’s ok for that feeling to be there.”
    2. As soon as you say that you are actually letting yourself know that you are actually ok
  2. Meditate
    1. Be in the moment and you realize that things are really ok
  3. Implement self-care
    1. Keep hydrated well
    2. Eat Fresh greens and clean proteins
    3. Exercise
    4. Practice self-compassion
    5. Practice self-love
